I remember the first time I came to Oyotunji African Village. It was 1970 and I was a little girl from New York.  I remember thinking "this is Africa". It has remained that for me to this day.  It requires you be authentic in your African soul.  It's a bridge home.

02.26.08: H.R.H. Oba  Adejuyigbe Adefunmi II Returns to Key West for Film Premiere.:

In celebration of African History Month, a benefit for the Oyotunji African Village will be held in Key West, FL starting with a parade in honor of His Royal Highness, moving to a premiere screening of "Ajo Alade" at the Tropic Cinema located at 416 Eaton Street, Key West, FL.  Tickets pre-paid at the Tropic $25.00/ at the door $35.00. Proceeds from the events will be donated to the African Thelogical Archministry, Inc. (Oyotunji African Village)  click here for more information on all events.
